DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET & MEKLONG RAILWAY MARKET

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi is the most popular floating market in Thailand. The great place for photographing, shopping, eating and absorbing the atmosphere of Thailand water markets where vendors offering goods from long-tailed boats. The panel also connects to a coconut sugar farm, agricultural gardens and canal-side community.

 

Maeklong Railway Market (Talad Rom Hoop) is a local fresh market in Samut Songkhram province.This unique market is located directly on the railway, spreading over a 100-metre length.The vendors close their parasols and move the goods away only when trains pass by. The market, accordingly, is so called Talad (market) Rom Hoop (umbrella/parasol-closing).
